Armenia and UAE to expand cooperation

Click to Enlarge!March 1, RA Ambassador to United Arab Emirates Vahagn Melikyan met with UAE Foreign Trade Minister Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi and Deputy Director General of Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) Mohammed al-Suwaidi to convey congratulatory message of Armen Gevorkyan, RA Vice Premier and Minister of Territorial Administration.

The officials discussed recent developments of trade and economic relations, the possibilities of the first session of Armenia-UAE inter-governmental committee, as well as bilateral economic issues, RA MFA Press Service informed.

Melikyan and Mohammed al-Suwaidi attached significance to cooperation expansion with the fund and made a point of the realization of joint programs in private sector.
