The ruling by the International Court of Justice over the legality of the declaration of Kosovo’s independence is an additional opportunity for Armenia to stress the fact that the independence of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh does not run counter the international law much in the same way as to the SSSR laws. |

The International Court of Justice, with its July 22 ruling over the legality of the declaration of Kosovo, confirmed and fixed that nation's right to self-determination and the implementation of this right do not break any principles or rules of the international law, including the principle of territorial integrity, says a statement released by the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh. |
